Mediavoice provides an after-sales technical support service that enables its customers to find quick and easy solutions to problems or anomalies that may be encountered in the use of Speaky Facile. The after sale support is active from day one, all devices are equipped with a system that allows our technicians to remotely take action directly on the machine where necessary.
Before being delivered to users, Speaky Facile devices pass rigorous tests that certify their perfect functioning. Technical support covers any anomalies in the operation of the device. The intervention does not include damage caused by neglect, accidental damage, shocks, traumatic events for both the device and its components or malfunctions resulting from alteration of the Speaky software settings performed by the customer.
